After completing undergraduate studies, received training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Central Manchester Hospitals before joining the unit in Bradford for further Registrar grade training. Appointed as Staff Grade in 1990 and then as Associate Specialist in 1994.
Interested in trauma, orthognathic and surgery and all aspects of dento-alveolar surgery. Also interested in the management of oral cancer patients. Actively involved in post-graduate education and SHO training.
